Payment Terms & Conditions

At Zaraninge Nature Safaris Limited, we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and premium booking experience. The following payment terms are designed to protect both our guests and our operations while ensuring clarity and confidence throughout your journey.

• Booking & Confirmation
  booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 30%–50% of the total safari cost. This deposit secures accommodations, vehicles, park permits, and all advance reservations.
• Final Balance
  The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the safari start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
• Accepted Payment Methods
  We accept secure and reliable payment methods, including: International Bank Transfer Mobile Money Transfer Cash payments (by prior arrangement only) All payments must be made directly to the official accounts of Zaraninge Nature Safaris Limited.
• Currency
  All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payments made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy
  Cancellations made 14 days or more before the safari commencement date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding non-refundable deposits and third-party costs (lodges, park fees, flights, permits). Cancellations made 7 days or less before departure are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
• Amendments & Changes
  Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Zaraninge Nature Safaris Limited reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or factors beyond our control.
• Liability & Force Majeure
  Zaraninge Nature Safaris Limited shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, strikes, or force majeure.
• Acceptance of Terms
  By making a payment and confirming a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms and conditions.
