This 6-day safari takes you through all of Northern Tanzania’s main parks: Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. You will see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, flamingos, and many birds. The trip combines wildlife, stunning landscapes, and cultural experiences in a short but full adventure.

Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha and Arusha National Park

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Visit Arusha National Park in the afternoon for a game drive. See giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and colorful birds. Overnight in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park. Afternoon game drive to spot large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, and birds. Overnight at a lodge near Tarangire.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon to see tree-climbing lions, elephants, baboons, and flamingos. Overnight at a lodge near Lake Manyara.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Highlands. Afternoon game drive in Serengeti to see lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeest. Overnight at a tented camp or lodge inside Serengeti.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend the full day exploring Serengeti. Morning and afternoon game drives across different regions to increase chances of seeing predators and prey. Optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Overnight at the same lodge or camp.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha

Drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend for a morning game drive to see rhinos, lions, elephants, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater. After the drive, return to Arusha for departure.
